As we are about to open the doors of our Daycare (The Learning Cottage- 34 W. 16TH Street, 11746), I would like to say thank you for all your support to successfully get this project completed this project was not an easy one both from Town authorities and technical challenges we faced but your dedication and out of the box thinking made it successful.
Once again I would like to thank you for all your efforts and extra help which you provided during the process.
Please keep in mind its not over yet as we are planning for some more work in the second phase.

I had a pleasure to retain Mr. M.B. Mansouri, Architect with NY State License, for my Trade School application requiring classrooms for instructions. Mr. Mansouri was involved in making drawing, submitting application with Bronx Department of Buildings and having meetings with the plan examiner at Department of Buildings for plan approval. Mr. Mansouri did the job thoroughly and kept updating the outcome of the meetings with plan examiner. He successfully got approval of the plan.
Mr. Mansouri is very flexible, cooperative and understands the needs of the clients. I believe Mr. Mansouri is an outstanding Architect. He is an expert in the field and second to none. I highly recommend him for any architectural project.

I am an Architect by training myself and have been active in the construction industry for 40 years. Throughout my long career,
I have known Mr. Mansouri AIA for more than 20 years, his firm, designed few residential homes for me and some were my own residence, to name a few, 42 Dunlop Road Huntington, a luxury state of the art more than 4000 sq. feet costume and unique layout. This was a ground up new construction.
Among many others are 127 Stony Hollow Road, hilltop, subdivision and construction, and 299 Little Plains Road Greenlawn.
He also did some retrofit projects like 10 Crossman Place ,Huntington.
He also assisted me in NYS, NYC DOB, and local Construction code interpretations and expediting services for NYC DOB, as I reached out to him.
To summarize, I find Mr. Mansouri to be very creative, knowledgeable ,at the same time patient, and open minded in finding the best solutions for individuals by listening to clients' needs.
